Why are my business emails going to spam?

Most often because of DNS settings: a missing or duplicated SPF record, DKIM not turned on, or no DMARC record. Gmail, Yahoo and Microsoft now require these. A blacklisted domain or server IP is another common cause.

Does Inbox Doctor need my email password?

No. It only reads public DNS records and public blacklists for your domain. It never logs in to your mailbox.

Do I need an email warm-up tool?

Only if you are about to send cold email or bulk campaigns from a new domain or mailbox. Fix authentication first, then ramp volume slowly over three to four weeks. Warm-up never fixes broken SPF, DKIM or DMARC.
